The products in the online store are sold by Mummi ja Minä, business ID 1962844-1. We sell products to private persons of age in Finland.
Product prices include value added tax. We reserve the right to alter prices and mailing tariffs. The price mentioned on the product page is determined by the minimum package size of the product. You can choose the wanted package size.
The price of the package can be seen in the menu for different package sizes.
The products are mainly ordered through the internet shopping basket of www.mummijamina.fi. All orders are confirmed with an e-mail stating
the price, mailing tariff and itemization of the order. The confirmation can only be sent if you have notified us of your e-mail address in connection with the made order. The customer adheres to the terms of delivery valid in connection to each order.
When ordering from abroad we recommend you use our site in English and get acquainted with our terms of delivery in English. The customer is responsible for the customs and tax policies of the country of destination.
We normally send the products ordered in Finland within 2 – 5 full weekdays from the making of the order. When mailing products abroad we resort to international express services who determine the time of delivery. Should the delivery take longer than usual we shall contact the customer by e-mail or telephone as soon as possible. If any ordered item is temporarily out of stock and there is a compensatory product available we shall contact the customer by e-mail and suggest the alternate product.
MATKAHUOLTO LÄHELLÄ - PARCEL
· To be collected from Siwa, Valintatalo or Euromarket stores.
· Enables collection late at night and during weekends.
· At the destination usually the next weekday following postage.
· The receiver will be notified with an SMS when the order is ready for collection.
· The order is retained for two weeks after notification of arrival.
· We add a 8,90 euro mailing tariff on all purchases under 50 euros.
· We send all purchases for 50-99 euros as tariff free Matkahuolto Lähellä parcels.
MATKAHUOLTO DELIVERY PARCEL
Purchases of 100 euros and over will be delivered to customers home address as a Matkahuolto tariff free parcel. (With the exceptions of the Turku Archipelago and Fell Lapland.)
We deliver goods ordered from outside Finnish borders via post office.
Delivery to Estonia, Latvia or Lithuania = 7,20€
Delivery to Germany, Sweden or Denmark = 9€
Delivery to Austria, Belgium, Holland, Poland, Hungary, Bulgaria, Spain or Portugal = 14€
Other European countries = 35€
The products and their mailing tariffs are paid in connection with the order. You have the payment keys of all Finnish banks in your use.
Payment Service Provider Paytrail Plc acts as a collecting payment service provider and is an authorized Payment Institution. Paytrail Plc will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement. Paytrail Plc will forward the payment to the merchant. PAYMENT WITH CREDIT CARDS
You can pay your purchcases in the online store with Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Master Card and Debit MasterCard cards. Paying with cards happens safely with the Nets SSL-protected payment form. Neither the online store nor Paytrail have any access to your card information and no card information will be saved into our systems. Our online store uses international ’Verified by Visa’ and ’MasterCard SecureCode’ verifying services for the verification of the card holder.
The customer has a 14 day right to return the purchase. The right applies only to unused, resellable products in their original packages. If you wish to claim a refund, please contact us by e-mail in firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone (05) 215 221.

· The reason for returning the product ( if incorrect or damaged product ).
· Customer information.
· Do you wish only to return the product and to be reimbursed its cost to your
account or do you wish for us to send you a product in return to replace an incorrect or damaged one.
· Please let us know your account information so we can return your money.
Complaint: If the delivered product is damaged please contact us as soon as possible.
